Aaron Silverman hired Chef Bin to help open Pineapple & Pearls. During his five-year tenure at the fine dining restaurant, Lu was not only promoted to Head Chef, but was also an integral component to the culinary team that achieved and maintained four stars from The Washington Post as well as two Michelin stars. Bin and our team can work with you and your catering choice to develop a perfect experience.

Vintage Yacht Charters (VYC) operates as a bareboat charter. We will work with you, the caterer and crew to help ensure you have a fantastic experience onboard. Client will rent the vessel and equipment from VYC, and contract directly with crew and caterer based on your choice.
